Our working style with customers differs from that of many larger systems vendors. As a company, EMS is more like an agile motorcycle than a leisurely coach. That's why dealing with customers is more direct, faster and more personal. We hear again and again from customers that they like talking to us on the phone in their daily work and that they are happy about how quickly EMS reacts and deals with issues.

 


 

The agile software development is our preferred method of proceeding. In our experience, working strictly according to a single working model has not proved successful. It makes more sense to combine the best components from different models (best-of-breed). Customer integration, project transparency, adherence to schedules, quality management and project documentation have the highest priority for us, regardless of the working model.

 

In-depth consulting prior to the start of an IT implementation is particularly important for us. Through many successfully executed IT projects,the EMS team has amassed in-depth IT process knowledge in specific industries. This knowledge supports us in the careful analysis of the ideas and goals of our customers in their IT applications – an important prerequisite for laying a flexible, future-oriented foundation for the new application. After all, there will have to be subsequent changes and IT upgrades to be integrated into the IT landscape in the coming years. We don't just look at software architecture and design, we also keep a close eye on time and costs.
